Develop treatment plans that are appropriate for the clients’ aptitudes, education levels, physical abilities, and career goals. Facilitate vocational readiness and psycho-education groups on various topics such as resume writing, consumer legal rights, addressing workplace stress and interpersonal conflict, interview skills, and computer skills related to vocational needs. Collaborate with psychiatrists, school counselors, and other medical professionals in regards to the client’s vocational needs for accommodations and eligibility for supportive services and/or assistive technology. Maintain confidential information from interviews, educational records, and medical records to determine clients' eligibility for services and reasonable workplace accommodations. Collaborate with family members, teachers, speech pathologists, nurses, occupational therapists, and researchers in order to provide holistic services.
